156g almond flour
99g bread flour
255g butter, browned
184g egg whites
Place almond flour, sugar and bread flour in a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment to mix
Slowly add the egg whites until combined. Slowly add butter and mix. Store chilled and covered.
Butter the moulds. Pipe the batter into moulds and bake at 175 degrees Celcius for 6 to 8 minutes.
Cool and remove.
