1. Campurkan semua, blander bahagi dua adunan. Letak pewarna yang kita suka.<br />

2. Masukkan garam secukup rasa untuk rasa lemak.<br />

3. Kukus 1 lapisan dalam masa 10 minit.<br />

Perlu sukat utk bagi sama rata saiz lapisan. Gunakan senduk yg sama.<br />

Bila suhu oven tak sampai, boleh bakar dengan suhu 170 derajat celcius selama 50 menit. Atur-atur sorang lah sesuau dengan oven masing-masing.</span></span></li>

BISKUT SARANG SEMUT<br /><br />Bahan-bahan:<br /><br />150gm mentega<br />50gm gula aising<br />1 sudu teh esen vanila<br />150gm tepung gandum<br />100gm tepung kastard<br />30gm tepung jagung<br />1/2 sudu teh baking powder<br />Paper cup secukupnya<br />Chocolate rice - hiasan<br /><br />Cara membuatnya:<br /><br />1. Satukan tepung, tepung kastard, tepung jagung dan baking powder. Ayak<br />2. Pukul mentega, gula dan esen vanila hingga sebati. Masukkan campuran tepung dan uli menjadi doh.<br />3. Masukkan ke dalam acuan berlubang (alat penekan ubi kentang), dan tekan doh keluar atau menggunakan pemarut.<br />4. Ambil doh menggunakan garpu dan masukkan ke dalam acuan kertas. Tabur chocolate rice dan manik hundred thousand.<br />5. Bakar di dalam oven yang dipanaskan dahulu pada suhu 160c selama 20-25 minit.<br />

Potong fish ball kemudian bersihkan semua sayur dan potong ketepikan semua bahan-bahan ni.<br /><br />- Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis cili kisar sampai pecah minyak dan cili masak kemudian masukkan ketulan isi ayam tadi dan kacau sehingga isi ayam masak dan kemudian boleh la dimasukkan air . Masukkan carrot dan bunga kobis tadi biar sampai kuah hampir mendidih . Masukkan semua sos cili, sos tiram , minyak bijan , kicap manis n cair , sos nampla dan kacau semua bahan ni .<br /><br />-Masukkan semua udang serta sotong dan kacau semua bahan kemudian rasa sama ada cukup semua perisa kalau tak cukup tambah ikut selera masing-masing . Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji biar sekejap sampai telur masak dan masukkan sayur sawi , buah tomato dan kacau . Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung dengan sedikit air untuk bagi kuah pekat . Pukul kesemua bahan-bahan kecuali mentega cair sehingga gebu dan pekat dengan kelajuan tinggi.<br /> 2. Perlahankan putaran dan masukkan mentega cair. Kacau rata.<br /> 3. Masukkan adunan ke dalam dulang pembakar yang telah dialas dengan kertas kalis minyak.<br /> 4. Bakar hingga masak dengan suhu 190ºc selama 10 minit dan sejukkan. Cara membuatnya:<br />

1.Gaulkan kesemua bahan A (kelapa+garam+tepung sagu)- ketepikan<br />
2. Pukul telur dengan gula hingga kembang.Gunakan kelajuan tinggi.Masukkan ovellette, pewarna hijau, perisa pandan dan tepung gandum.Gaul guna senduk.<br />
3.Masukkan santan pekat dan gaul hingga sebati. Panaskan pengukus.<br />
4.Susun acuan dlm pengukus.Sapu acuan dgn majerin/minyak (supaya tak melekat)<br />
Isi acuan dengan kelapa putih (jgn terlalu sedikit).Tekan padat menggunakan hujung jari.(kukus 2 minit)<br />
5. Isikan adunan kuih.Kukus lagi selama 10 minit.<br />
6. Apabila masak...keluarkan dari acuan.Sudah siap untuk dimakan<br />

<li><span style="color: #783f04;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Clean fish, and make two to three slight cuts on both sides. Lightly season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle over with tapioca flour.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Heat enough oil for deep frying in a wok, and deep-fry the fish until golden brown. Remove the fish and place on a serving platter.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Leave four tablespoons of oil in the wok, and fry the ginger shreds and garlic until fragrant and crispy. Remove the ginger, garlic and oil from the wok, and set aside.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Add two tablespoons of sesame oil in the wok. Add the onions and fry until soft. Drizzle in Shao Hsing Hua Tiau wine to aromatise the onions.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Pour in the combined sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook until the sauce is thick. Add the capsicum and spring onion, and give the mixture a stir. Dish out and pour the mixture, including the gravy, over the fish.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Top with the ginger and garlic crisps set aside earlier. Drizzle over a little of the fragrant oil.</span></span></li>

<b>Bahan² inti</b><br />
1) Daging cincang (300 gram )<br />
2) Bawang besar, dimayang halus (5 biji )<br />
3) 1 inci (halia , dimayang halus)<br />
4) 25 gram (rempah beriyani)<br />
5) Minyak untuk menumis (sedikit)<br />
6) Garam (sedikit)<br />
7) Gula (sedikit)<br />
8) Telur (5 biji )<br />
<br />
<b>Bahan² roti jala </b><br />
1) Tepung gandum (3 cawan )<br />
2) Air (3 cawan)<br />
3) Telur (1 biji )<br />
4) Pewarna kuning (Sedikit )<br />
5) Garam (Sedikit )<br />
<br />
<b>Cara² inti :</b><br />
1. Buat intinya dahulu. Tumis bawang besar dan halia hingga naik bau.<br />
2. Masukkan rempah beriyani dan daging cincang. Kacau sehingga daging cincang masak. Setelah kering dan masak, masukkan garam dan gula.<br />
3. Ketepikan terlebih dahulu.<br />
4. Untuk 3 sudu besar daging cincang yang telah masak, masukkan sebiji telur, digaul rata ketepikan.<br />
<br />
<b>Cara² membuat roti jala:</b><br />
1. Kisar semua bahan-bahan untuk membuat roti jala.<br />
2. Tapis untuk mengelakkannya berketul.<br />
3. Kemudian Masukkan ke dalam acuan roti jala, dan biarkan masak di atas kuali leper tanpa lekat.<br />
4. Masukkan daging cincang yang diadun bersama telur di atas roti jala, dan lipat roti jala menjadi empat segi.<br />
5. Kemudian Goreng sehingga garing.<br />
6. Roti jala berinti sedia untuk dihidang bersama sos cili.<br />
